A PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM KAERU JEWELRY
My jewelry is uniquely handcrafted, so you might experience minor variations between the jewelry shown here, and the jewelry you receive.
ORDER
After finalizing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your receipt, as confirmation.
Our payment system sends you an Order Confirmation on the email you provided under Customer Information.
This means that a product may be sold out, even though it can be ordered in the webshop.
Therefore, we first deduct the money from your account on the day the goods are shipped.
PRICES
All prices include Danish VAT (25%) and are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK).
DELIVERY
All shipments are insured, and shipped with PostNord, GLS or UPS.
Fixed price for shipments in Denmark: Free delivery.
Shipments to the rest of the world: DKK 250,– (Special handling and added cost might be required)
Delivery time is usually 1–2 weeks for items in stock. Possible extended delivery time will be notified by email immediately after your order has been registered.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel an order, please send an e-mail, with subject line “Cancellation” to ra@kaerujewelry.com , and note order date and order number. Cancellation of an order must be made before 5:00 pm on the same day that the order is made.
PAYMENT
Kaeru Jewelry accepts MobilePay, Dankort, Visa and MasterCard. We use QuickPay and NETS to handle the payment cards mentioned above.
COMPLAINTS
There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Kaeru Jewelry.
The warranty is the customer’s right to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the goods were sold.
The burden of proof is the dealer’s for the first 6 months and the customer’s the following 1,5 years.
Should the goods, against my expectations break during the warranty period, the costs for repair and shipment is all mine.
Damage to products caused by operational error, handling errors, modifications or misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty.
RETURN
Valid from the date of receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to inform your regret and return the item. During that period the product is not allowed to be used.
These conditions do not apply if there are goods that are specially made for you (e.g., engraved or customised jewellery, specially selected, purchased and approved, precious stones by the customer).
In such cases, the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Be aware that you have to bear the costs associated with returning the product.
The product must be returned in the same condition, quantity and original packaging, as it is received.
If the product is visibly damaged during shipment, you must refuse the package upon receipt.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR TRADERS
There is no right of withdrawal for traders and a one-year warranty from the original invoice date applies. Replacement or repair will not extend the original one-year warranty period.
